The School Sports programme is personalized to help students realize their sporting talents. Attention is paid to posture, strength, endurance, flexibility and stamina on an individual basis even as they are trained in athletics, team sports and martial art forms.

CIS undertakes an in - house fitness test once a year to evaluate the student's general ability with speed, flexibility and strength so that they can work on improving their general health condition.

Whether on or off campus, student athletes are expected to conduct themselves with good sportsmanship and must consistently show hard work, discipline, respect and good character.
